The Hotel is 10 minutes from the centre of Palma in the residential area of San Armadans. It is well connected by public transport and there is a motorway exit 5 minutes from the hotel.
We are very close to the Palacio de Congresos del Pueblo Español, the seafront promenade and Bellver Castle. In the surrounding areas, you will find the main hospital of Palma de Mallorca (Son Dureta), a church, shopping area and a wide range of entertainment options.

We have 159 rooms, 49 of which were inaugurated in January 2005. All rooms are exterior and are equipped with heating and air-conditioning, telephone, mini-bar, room service, safe, hair dryer in the bathroom and reception products.
Some rooms have a broad terrace-solarium with views of our gardens, plasma TV, satellite link, Canal + connection and Internet.

Gardens and swimming pool terrace
A garden and terrace area that offers different options for the celebration of outdoor events, presentations, cocktail parties, installing tents, etc. We also have an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children and a terrace solarium with deck chairs.
Restaurant
Buffet and a la carte restaurant with capacity for 150 guests, featuring garden views and access. We serve a menu of the house every day. We organise banquets and other events with a choice of menus. Menu for special diets available.
Spai is the new Wellness & Spa centre offered by the hotel. Inaugurated in June 2005, the range of options in its 800 square metres of facilities make it a one-of-kind luxury in the city. It has a hydromassage area, advanced aesthetics services and Fitness rooms with modern cardio- and weight-machines, weights and classes given by specialist instructors.
Restrictions: Smoking, the consumption of alcoholic beverages and access to minors under 16 years old are not allowed in Spai Son Armadams.
